All About Ms. GielauI am originally from Denver, Iowa and graduated from Denver High School in 2004. Throughout my years at Denver High School I participated in choir, volleyball, cross country, football, basketball, and soccer. I went to Luther College and UNI to obtain my teaching degree in Physical Education and played collegiate soccer at both Luther and UNI. I obtained my Instructional Strategist I: Mild/Moderate endorsement through Upper Iowa University after graduating from UNI. I have previously worked in the West Des Moines School District as an elementary special education associate and at Pella High School as a high school special education teacher. In the fall of 2015, I started my teaching career here at Denver High School. I am also the Head Coach for the High School Girl's Soccer team and you can see me at a lot of the sporting activities at Denver. I am looking forward to another great school year!
